How is Preferrd different from LinkedIn or a recruiter?
LinkedIn relies on algorithmic discovery and cold outreach. Recruiters charge big retainers and rarely know the applicants personally. Preferrd only surfaces applicants who have been actively referred by a peer — with context, specificity, and a reputation on the line.
Who can become a referrer?
Anyone with domain credibility. We verify track record through platform usage: your referral reputation score increases with each successful placement, each endorsement, and each peer referral given to you.
How are referrer payouts structured?
You earn a percentage of the placement fee when someone you referred gets hired and stays past the 90-day mark. Our average payout is HK$24,500 per placement. Payouts scale with your reputation tier.
Do you replace our ATS?
No — Preferrd sits on top. We sync applicants, stages, and notes with Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, and Workday so your team keeps their existing workflow.
What makes the AI scoring trustworthy?
Our scoring is weighted by referrer credibility, not just keyword match. Referrals from peers with strong track records count more. Every score comes with an explanation you can audit.
