Who can become a referrer?

Anyone with domain credibility. We verify track record through platform usage: your referral reputation score increases with each successful placement, each endorsement, and each peer referral given to you.

How are referrer payouts structured?

You earn a percentage of the placement fee when someone you referred gets hired and stays past the 90-day mark. Average payout is £350; top referrers earn £1,000+ per placement. Payouts scale with your reputation tier.
